How long will my order take to arrive?
Mila’s treats working days are Monday to Friday so I say all orders will arrive within 7-9 working days. Often this will be quicker but I like to leave a bit of wiggle room for delays.
How long will my order keep for?
Orders are sent via 24 hour tracked delivery so will be received within 48 hours of being baked. This means they still have plenty of time to still be enjoyed (around 5-7 days if kept in an airtight container). You also have the option of freezing your treats for up to 3 months.
Do you do custom order?
I absolutely do! The custom orders page can be found on the main menu. There are pictures of previous custom orders on our Facebook and instagram pages so go take a look for some ideas or send a query via the custom orders page and I’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery, which is £4.50. You will receive updates of your delivery via text and email. Orders are only sent out on working days.
Do you cater for allergies?
As Mila’s treats is ran from my family kitchen, I unfortunately do not currently offer any “free from” products. Hopefully as the business grows we may be able to explore a “free from” range, but for now we are unable to offer this service. All orders are labelled with allergen information shown and if you have any queries about any products or their ingredients just message via the contact us page and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you do weddings/special events?
I would be absolutely thrilled to supply treats for your special occasion! I am able to package my products with custom stickers on as apposed to my logo to make it extra personal and am happy to do custom flavours. If you have any queries surrounding large orders or have an idea of a custom order you would like for your special day, please get in touch via the custom orders page and we can discuss ideas and cost.
